Treating Customers Fairly

Treating you fairly
It's our philosophy

At James Raynor, we are committed to offering our customers the highest possible standards of advice and service. The broad 'TCF' principles fit perfectly into our longer-term aspirations, and we believe that if we act in your best interest, then you, James Raynor and our future customers will ultimately gain from this. Our commitment to you means that we will: Provide you with clear information about the products and service we offer, including fees and charges that may apply. Ascertain your individual needs, preferences and circumstances before recommending to you a mortgage product. Only recommend a mortgage that we consider suitable for you and that you can afford, and always the most suitable from the available options. Not recommend a mortgage if we cant find one we consider suitable. Encourage you to ask if there is something you do not understand, and provide clear and 'jargon free' answers to any questions. Offer regular reviews of your circumstances to ensure that you continually have the most appropriate and competitive terms offered to you. Give you access to a formal complaints procedure should you become unhappy with our service. To help us give you the most appropriate advice, we will ask you to: Tell us as much as possible about your income and outgoings, to enable us assess how much you can realistically afford. Keep us informed of any changes to your circumstances that might affect your ability to repay a mortgage, such as getting married or a change to your employment status. Inform us if you do not understand something relating to our advice or the service you have received or any products that we have discussed and recommended. Tell us if you think there are ways we can improve our service to our clients. We promise to continually monitor our performance and apply changes that will improve the quality of our service to you, our valued customers and most important asset.
