100% Mortgages

Buying a property with no deposit
Newsflash Update...

Due to the unforseen circumstances surrounding the global credit liquidity crisis, most UK Mortgage Lenders have withdrawn their 100% Mortgage products until further notice. With property prices precariously placed, it may be a while before this product becomes a staple part of the UK Mortgage market again. In the meantime first Ttme Buyers in our opinion should remain focused on saving a substantial deposit to place towards their first purchase in order to lessen the risk of a 'negative equity' situation should the property market continue to fall at the current rate. By Mid 2008, we expect this product to have completely been withdrawn from the UK Mortgage market until further notice.
