We prefer to be transparent
Although not a requirement of the FSA, at James Raynor we like to offer you a Terms of Business, which clearly states the basis on which we'll undertake your instruction to arrange your new mortgage. At the foot of this page you can download for your own records a copy of our 'Terms of Business' which we ask all clients to sign before we begin our work for you.
